I know her hair is supposed to be in a braid when she wares that outfit, but if Hitomi can ware the same outfit and keep her hair down, then so can Kasumi.

This one gave me so much grief. It looked better in my head I swear. The only way that you can tell it's Kasumi is the hair color . I guess it can be because you never really see her when her bangs are going the wrong way.
